Higlights of Krabi Day Trips :

Krabi has one of the most spectacular beaches and small islands made up of craggy limestone cliffs.  Railey Beach is one of the most exclusive destinations that is surrounded by a sheer wall of limestone cliffs.  These cliffs cut off from the mainland, prohibits vehicle access. Hence, the sandy beach is undisturbed by rocks or coral and slopes gently into the sea, which is studded with small craggy islands and coral-sea gardens.  Railey Beach is also a popular destination for rock climbers these days, experienced and beginners, from around the world.

Accommodations of various standards are available at Railey Beach and Ao Nang Beach. Railey Beach has individual cottages of several standards, middle class and tourist class, all shaded by the original coconut palms. Ao Nang Beach, located nearby, has many choices of accommodations, luxury to tourist class hotel resorts. Meals are available at several restaurants on the beach, all serving local Thai and Western cuisine at reasonable prices. 

The many craggy karsts islands visible from the beaches are ideal for boating and snorkeling.  There is considerable exploring to do nearby.  Outside and inside the many limestone cliffs, the possibilities for rock climbing and caving are infinite. 

We arrange fun filled trips such sea kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, eco tours around Krabi's rubber farms, Buddhist temples and jungle hikes in the nearby islands and rainforest covered national parks within easy reach from any point in Krabi. Itinerary: Ultimate Krabi Package Tour
8 Nights / 9 Days :

Day 1 Arrive in Krabi
Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel. Remaining time at leisure.

Day 2 Classic Krabi Half Day Tour
We will take you to Su San Hoy (75 million years gastropod fossil), where millions of fresh water shells deposit like a giant slab on the mouth of Krabi River, one of the three in the world that was found; you can shop some shell products and handicraft for souvenir if you so desire.

Then, take a short ride to Krabi City "Lively Town, Lovely People". Krabi City, which faces mangrove forest and Panom Ben Ja Mountain, lies on Krabi River. Here you can shop some souvenirs or just visit the small lively city.
After Krabi town, we will visit Tiger Cave, which was inhabited by the last tiger of Krabi, is now a Buddhist temple famous for meditation.
Before getting back to the hotel, we will stop at Nopparat Tara and Phi Phi National Park visitor center area for breathtaking views and refreshing walk on the sandy beach.
Drinking water is provided, but not lunch.

Day 3 Krabi Sea Kayak Tour
(Mangroves, Sea Caves, and Karsts islands)
On the Cave Route, you will enjoy canoeing along the river with the beautiful mangrove scenery on both sides. The highlight of the trip is to paddle through the marvelous caves. You will see the stalagmite and stalactite of Lod Cave and visit the Pee Hua Tho Cave (the Skull Cave) with interesting pre-historic paintings.

Once you paddle through the Light Cave, you will find yourself in the fascinating Paradise Room where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery (We could access only during high tide). The next visit is the Dark Passage Cave through which you paddle to reach the huge, stunning room awaiting for you to explore.

At Taan Bok Khor Ranee Marine National Park, refresh yourself by swimming in the slow flowing fresh water that comes out of huge cave and makes a waterfall at its mouth. Krabi's heavenly places, such as this cave, the fresh water stream with series of pools, and the awesome scenery are difficult to find elsewhere.

Day 4 Krabi Silk Route & Hot Springs
(Jungle trails & Emerald pool in the wildlife sanctuary)
At Nue Klong Fruit Market, you will see local people come out to buy vegetables, meat, and some ingredients to prepare their homemade meals, and experience the Thai ways of life. It is a good moment to buy the tropical, fresh fruits.
Klong Thom was once a trading station on the ancient marine silk route. Millions of ancient beads are the evidence. Some of these artifacts are exhibited in the museum of Wat Klong Thom.

The Hot Spring/Hot Waterfall of Klong Thom are wonderful and perfect for soaking in after a long day tour. The minerals and the temperature (38-40 degrees Celsius) of the springs are ideal for Hydrotherapy Bath.
A walk in the "wild" jungle gives you the opportunity to observe the natural wildlife. If lucky you will see the rare Pitta Gurney birds thought to be extinct until discovered in this small jungle only 14 years ago. This walk leads you to the crystal pool.

Tour Schedule:

Enjoy tropical, fresh fruit at Nue Klong fruit market
Visit bead museum at Wat Klong Thom, the display of artifacts from the 10th-15th century.

Take a short drive to Klong Thom Hot Waterfall.
Enjoy 38-40 degree Celsius mineral spring water together with fresh cold water at the canal below "Perfect Hydrotherapy"
Take a picnic lunch by the stream at the low land forest area.
600 meters on the Jungle Trail route of the perfect low land forest area to Emerald Pool. If lucky, you may see the world last flock of Pitta Gurney.
Enjoy swimming in the natural surrounding or walking up hill to magic pool (the crystal blue spring) which is the origin of the Emerold Pool.
Arrive back at hotel around 4:00 p.m.

Day 5 Classic Krabi Half Day Tour
(Platations and Prdoducts for Living)
This half-day program is designed for visiting various famous plantations of Krabi, such as Rubber, Palm Oil, Coconut, Seasonal Tropical Fruits, and exotic Tropical Flowers.

Approximately 20km. drive from the hotel, we will take you to the plant and flower center of Krabi. There, you will see the biggest collection of Anthurium in Thailand and more than 100 species of tropical plants.
We will have coffee break at catfish farm, at Klong Son. Apart from enormous catfish, you also will find some other local fresh water fish living in the natural environment.

Then, visit the village coconut handicraft center (Occupation Development Center) where you view the demonstration of how they make souvenir items by using coconut shells. There are about 40 different kinds of coconut shells that produce such as key holders, piggy banks, coffee sets, mobiles, and ashtrays.
Drinking water will be provided. Lunch is not included.

Day 6 Multi-Cave Visit
Apart from the coastline covered with huge limestone Karsts, Krabi is also famous for its abundant caves.

The first cave we will visit is Tiger Cave in Tham Sua Temple. The last tiger of Krabi inhabited in this cave. In the temple, there are some small monk huts around the valley. This mountainous area is suitable for practicing meditation. Besides, there is a 1000 year old tree and the scenic viewpoint with 1237 steps up the mountainside.

Lod Cave is a limestone tunnel where you can admire the amazing stalactite hanging from the cave roof. It is an exciting trip through a passage to the other side of the mountain where you will find yourself surrounded by limestone mountains.

Pee Tho Cave is a pre-historic, condominium-like cave consisting of dining area and the bedroom Hua area decorated with hundred of pre-historic paintings.
The last one is a cave. If you like, it is possible to swim up stream into the cave.

Tour Schedule:
Depart from the hotel around 9:00 a.m. by air-conditioned van
Arrive at Wat Tham Sua in which cave the present abbot had once used for meditating. Now, it is a temple notable for meditation.
Drive up north to Ao luk, the land of 100 caves.
Take a delicious picnic lunch at the river by the mangrove area.
Take a long tail boat to Tham Lod, the cave through which you can ride the boat to see the stalactites.
Explore Tham Pee Hua Tho with hundred of prehistoric paintings
On the way back, stop at Thaan Bok Khoranee National Park for refreshing or swimming in the natural pool.
Arrive back to hotel around 4:00pm.

Day 7 Krabi Beach at Leisure
Explore Krabi's beaches at leisure. Here, you can lay down and relax on the beautiful beaches or visit one of the nearby islands.

Day 8 Phra Nang Bay Day Tour
(Snorkeling-swimming-beaches and caves)
We will take you to the best beaches, islands, and coral reefs of Phra Nang Bay. Krabi has not only the wonderful underwater world where you can snorkel among the multi-color friendly fish, but also the magnificent scenery of the islands even when you are "just" enjoying your boat ride.
The beaches are marvelous; you will enjoy your lunch on the beautiful white sand. On the way back we will stop at Laem Nang: Phra Nang beach and Phra Nang Cave. There you can either relax on the beach or take a walk along the beautiful mountain cliffs on Ao Nam Mow beach through Railey beach.

Day 9 Depart from Krabi for Next Destination
Breakfast at hotel and at leisure until departure.
